Winter and al. have just published in PLoS One an article entitled Schedule-Dependent Antiangiogenic and Cytotoxic Effects of Chemotherapy on Vascular Endothelial and Retinoblastoma Cells. in whihc they show that metronomic topotecan and melphalan are valid option for giving chemotherapy in retinoblastoma.
