A recent artivle published inthe JCO by Alvaro Lassaletta and al. report on the use of metronomic weekly vinblastine in 54 children with naive LGG.Five-year overall survival and progression-free survival (PFS) rates were 94% and 53% respectively, for the entire cohort with better outcome for NF1 patients.
