Dr. Barton Kamen, pediatric oncologist, onco-pharmacologist, devoted husband and father, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012. Barton was in the forefront of the development of metronomic therapy. He joined MGHI from the very start. This is a great loss for all of those who had the chance to know (...)
