As a junior officer for Science and Technology at the French Consulate in Sao Paulo, Elisabeth Chouraki works at the cross-road of various academic disciplines to incentive greater scientific cooperation between France and Brazil. She holds an Environmental Law and Policy LLM from the University of Kent and a master in European Affairs from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lille. She carried out thesis on the externalization of the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme and is willing to further undertake research on sustainability governance and environmental regulations.
