Dr Hessissen is professor at the faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Rabat in Moroco She is currently a physician is the pediatric department of hematology and oncology in the children Hospital of Rabat. She is also the current President of the "Société Marocaine d’Hématologie et d’Oncologie Pédiatrique" and secretary of the "Groupe Francophone Africain d’Oncologie Pédiatrique".
