Richard E. Kast MD is a clinical psychiatrist and academic cancer researcher. He received an MD degree from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, Faculty of Medicine and graduated from the psychiatry training program at the University of Burlington, Vermont, USA. His 100+ oncology research papers have recently culminated in the CUSP9 treatment protocol, of which he is lead author. This metronomics protocol relies on the combinaition of several repositioned agents with metronomic temozolomide.
