Paul-Charles Delapeyre was born in the Comores and has been living in France since his early childhood. Paul-Charles is the president of "UGAGNA-LE LIEN" a NGO that connect France and Comores. He is also the founder and director of AC2A CONSULTING 2 and has a 20 years of experience in working in the field of international solidarity. Paul-Charles has 3 children, his elder son is being treated for cancer. Paul-Charles has a great knowledge about Comores, a well established network among politicians, businessmen, and main stakeholders in health and is willing to help those who work on helping to fight cancer.
